What it does
A structured Jobs-to-Be-Done interview engine that helps you articulate what you’re building, for whom, and why — then outputs a decision-grade artifact bundle. Captures the four switching forces (Push, Pull, Habit, Anxiety) that determine whether people will actually adopt your product.
Modes
- Interview (default) — live JTBD conversation producing a full artifact bundle
- Transcript ingest — feed it an existing interview transcript for analysis
- Review mining — extract JTBD insights from customer reviews (CSV/JSON)
- Update — refine an existing JTBD brief with new data
