What it does

Analyzes your Wispr Flow voice dictation history to surface work patterns, communication habits, energy levels, and mental health signals. Turns raw dictation data into actionable self-reflection.

Analysis modes

  • Technical — coding and work patterns: what technologies you’re dictating about, project focus areas, technical problem clusters
  • Soft — communication patterns: tone, formality shifts, who you’re writing to most
  • Trends — volume and frequency: dictation count over time, peak hours, daily/weekly rhythms
  • Mental — sentiment analysis, energy levels, rumination detection, emotional patterns

When to use

For periodic self-reflection on your work habits, when you want to understand your energy patterns across the day, or when you’re curious about what you’ve been focused on. Works especially well as a weekly or monthly review tool.
